He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Carl L Johnson and Lucille T. Johnson; his wife Patricia H. Johnson; his daughter Lori Kolinchak (Thomas); his stepchildren, Arthur Beighley (Ann) and JoAnn Chirarolanza (late Joseph M.); his grandchildren, Nickolas, Michael, Karli, Jill Ann, Jennifer, Arthur, Jr. and Michele; and his great grandchildren, Michael David Jr., Dylan, Benton, Joseph, Evan and Aiden.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that you contribute to the American Cancer Society or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
