He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Chiappetta and Rose Chiappetta; and his brother Michael Chiappetta. He is survived by: his wife Toni Chiappetta (Zucco); his children, Dr. Nicole Hazlett (Shawn Hazlett) and Russell Alfred Chiappetta; and his grandchildren, Brady Hazlett, Christian Hazlett, Mia Hazlett, Ava Chiappetta, Emma Chiappetta and Luke Chiappetta.
