He was predeceased by: his son David Milam; and his brother Walter Milam. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Milam; and his children, Joshua Milam (Jamie McVay) and Christina Tippett (Gregory Tippett). He is also survived by 8 beautiful grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Tunnels to Towers or St. Jude Children's Hospital, organizations Wayne felt strongly about.
