He was predeceased by: his parent Amos G.; his sons, Samuel B. Allgyer, Jr. and Roy Renard Allgyer; and his siblings, Elmer Allgyer, John B. Allgyer and Mary Ann Bender.
He is survived by: his parent Leah Blank Allgyer; his granddaughters, Heidi (Ryan Kurtz) of New Holland and Heather (Tom McEneaney) of West Chester; his siblings, Naomi (Steven Johnson) of Lancaster, Rebecca Riehl (Ron Steinmetz) of New Holland, Elsie (Reuben Smucker) of New Holland and Amos B.; and his spouse Lydia Ruth of Millerstown.
