He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert A. Appleyard and Mary M. Appleyard (Matcho); and his parents-in-law, Michael and Helen Lucas. He is survived by: his wife Christina M. Appleyard (Lucas); his pets, Riley and Deeks; his daughter Brittany E. Appleyard; his siblings, Linda (Frank Tallyen) of Windber, PA and Dennis (Jill Appleyard) of Chambersburg, PA; and his sister-in-law Cindy (Dave Culp) of Cornwall, PA.. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
