She was predeceased by: her siblings, Helen, Hazel, Reba, Janice, Merle and Rodney.
She is survived by: her close friend Jack; her husband Ken; her daughters, Karen E. Ingraham (Robert), Kathleen J. Wood (Andrew) and Joyce E. Hurst (Bryan); her grandchildren, Christopher J. Wise (Akron) and Kendra Crosby (Brian); her great grandchildren, Ellie, Isla and Jack (Lititz); her grandchild Kelly Wood (Tyler); her great grandchildren, Lou, Letty, Roe and Hank; her grandchild Kiersten Muir (Ross); her great grandchildren, Adleigh, Ava and Arie of Winfield, PA; her granddaughter Dr. Erika Martin (Ashley); her great grandchildren, Hunter and Easton (Lititz); her grandchildren, Meredith Hurst (Lititz) and Austin Hurst (Samantha); her siblings-in-law, Janet Witman and Donald Martin; and her extended family John Richard Wise. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
As a Covid victim while, at the same time, losing her eyesight, and moving to a new location for more appropriate healthcare, Phyllis depended totally on the Lord through prayer and scripture, which she had memorized over the previous 90 years, to carry her through the hours and weeks of lockdown.
