He was predeceased by: his parent Philip Price Sr.. He is survived by: his spouse Mary Muir Price; his parent Emma Strode Price; and his children, Philip Price III (Elayne Nelson) of Geneva, Ill., Jean Marie (David Stratton) of Smethport and Mary Elizabeth (Sean Ellsworth) of West Chester. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Garden Spot Benevolent fund, at the above mentioned address.
