He was predeceased by: his spouse Ruth Newswanger (Kochel); his parent Paul Newswanger; and his child Wilda Newswanger. He is survived by: his parent Rebecca Newswanger (Nolt); his children, Ron, Ricky, Roger, Bruce Carswell, Scott, Deb and Darbi; and his stepchildren, Richard Arment, Jr., Darlene Arment, Rita and Ronda. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren & great-grandchildren, and several siblings.
