He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Buckwalter and Catherine Shelly Buckwalter; his wife Jane Frankhouser Buckwalter; his daughter Rhonda Gochenaur; his granddaughter Amanda High; and his siblings, Lloyd, Dave, Carl, Raymond, Irvin, Grace Baxter, Irma Sager and Dorothy Fegley.
He is survived by: his children, Robyn High, Paul (Kathy Buckwalter), Jeff (Deborah Buckwalter) of Glasgow, KY and Jill Riffey; his stepchildren, Barbara (Des Hoover), Bill Frank (Debra) and Bob Frank (Karen); his siblings, Pearl Schulze, Ruth Ann Bensing, Leon Buckwalter and Leola of Evelyn Fischer, OH.; and his neighbor John Steel. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren.
