She is survived by: her sons, Douglas Ellsworth (Kimberly) and Matthew Ellsworth; her grandchildren, Jessica of New Holland, Trevor of New Holland, Laurel of New Holland, Kayla of New Holland, Jakob of New Holland, Kiersten of New Holland, Julia of New Holland and Kyleigh of New Holland; and her siblings, John, J. Robert, David, Sharon and Daryl.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting memorial contributions to be offered on the day of the memorial service, in honor of Nancy's nephew, Mark Thomas. The family will donate all contributions collected to a charity of their choice, a family tradition that Nancy was fond of.
