She was predeceased by: her parents, Aubrey W. Michener and Sara Michener (Minshall); her husband Charles W. Burns; and her siblings, Aubrey W. Michener, Jr. and Ruth Hopewell.
She is survived by: her children, C. William, Jr. (Janie Burns) of Edwards, CO and Susan J. (late Martin Moore) of Indianapolis, IN; and her sisters, Esther Bentley, Peggy Reese of Dover, DE and Joan Wagner of Wilmington, DE.. She is also survived by four grandsons, seven great-granddaughters, one great grandson.
