He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruth (McCamant) and Lee P. Green, Sr.. He is survived by: his significant other Gail Blann; and his sons, Lee P. Green, III (Karen) and Chad Green (Molly). He is also survived by eight grandchildren, four step-grandchildren, a great-grandchild.
