He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John D., Jr. and Margaret Neely (Bracken); his children, Pamela, Rod Kellmer of Blanden, Jeff, Donna Neely (Riddle) of Pensacola, FL, Ken and Diane Neely (Adolph) of Brookhaven; his grandchildren, Abby, Ryan, Katrina, Jeffrey, Ben and Cole; and his great grandchildren, Emerson, Beatrice and Miles.
