He is survived by: his parent Bethel Collins (Smith); his daughters, Charlotte, Michael Seiverling of Stamford, CT, Shannon and Gerald Mason of New Holland; his brother Charles Collins of San Diego, CA.; and also Jane Collins of San Diego, CA.. He is also survived by five grandchildren; six great grandchildren.
