He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman D. MacKenzie Sr. and Eloise Mowday (Ellingwood); and his wife Sharon L. MacKenzie (Clevenstine). He is survived by: his children, April Krantz (Roger), Lori Ravegum (Scott), Daisy MacKenzie (Richard Horst) and Avery MacKenzie (Alicia); and his brother Kenneth MacKenzie (Lois). He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren.
