He was predeceased by: his parent Harry E. Evans, Jr.; and his sister Laverne Sproul. He is survived by: his parent Betty A. Evans (Simmers); his wife Lisa J. Evans; his children, Crystal M. Coscia, Thomas A. Farra and Christopher M. Evans; and his siblings, Raymond D. Evans and Robin L. Riley.
