He is survived by: his wife Sharon L. Frankhouser; his children, Donna Eberly Peang-Meth of Rockville and James Glenn Eberly of Blackwell; his son-in-law Jeffrey Peang-Meth; his grandchildren, Nicholas Eberly Peang-Meth and Maura Eberly Peang-Meth; and his sister-in-law Janet Eberly.
