Though Ferree may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Ferree touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ferree Esbenshade and Elizabeth Weaver Esbenshade Sr.; his wife Marian Smoker Esbenshade; his daughter Sharlene Hertzler; and his grandson Jordan Horning.
He is survived by: his son Bob (Liz); and his son-in-law Dale (Karen). He is also survived by nine grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Weaverland Anabaptist Faith Community (210 Weaverland Valley Rd, East Earl, PA 17519). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
