He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Ann Frankhouser (Musselman); his parents, Edwin P. Frankhouser and Florence Frankhouser (Shirk); his son-in-law Dr. Joseph Seltzer; and his brothers, Robert and Richard Frankhouser.
He is survived by: his children, Suzanne Seltzer, Christine (Robert Quinlivan) and Brian (Ruth). He is also survived by seven grandchildren, and 14 great-grandchildren.
