We bid farewell to Edith H. Weaver of New Holland, Pennsylvania, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on November 7, 2024 at the age of 75. Edith touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel M. Martin and Frances Z. Martin (Hoover); and her brothers, Addison H. Martin, Samuel Landis Martin and Emerson H. Martin.
She is survived by: her spouse Elam E. Weaver; her children, Darvin R. Weaver (Dayna H.), Brenden M. Weaver (Ann L.), Sherilyn M. Schuler (James W. Schuler) of Lititz, Rosalyn Martin (J. Daniel Martin) of Marengo, OH, Jason E. Weaver of New Holland and Martina M. Sweigart (Daniel L. Sweigart) of Roaring Spring; and her siblings, Daniel H. Martin (Grace), Leroy H. Martin (Laura), Verna H. Hoover (Daniel), Alice H. Beachy, Grace M. High (James), Jay Paul Martin (Rhoda), Anna Frances Knauer (Eugene) and Naomi H. Zimmerman (Ernest). She is also survived by 42 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Martindale Mennonite Fellowship Center (352 Martindale Rd, Ephrata, PA 17522). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Centerville Mennonite Church (201 Sensenig Rd, Ephrata, PA 17522).
