She was predeceased by: her parents, Gilbert S. Kauffman and Sarah J. Kauffman (Hindman). She is survived by: her brothers, Gilbert Kauffman (Butch) and Douglas Kauffman; her husband Michael A Perez of New Holland, PA; her brother Dennis Kauffman; her children, Nichole Smith of Terre Hill, PA, Tanya Woods of Quarryville, PA, Joshua Perez of New Holland, PA, Ashley Raffa of East Petersburg, PA, Michael O'Brien of Colorado Springs, CO and Jennifer O'Brien of Lancaster, PA.; and her grandchildren, Kirstein Smith, Hailey Smith, Jalena Perez, Anneliese O'Brien, Norra Raffa, Miguel Candelaria-Perez, Isaiah Woods, Elijah Woods, Chase Brooks O'Brien, Bradley O'Brien, Santino Raffa and Oliver Raffa.
