He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesiah B. Evans and Erma R. Buzzard; and his siblings, Russell Wallace, Lee Evans, Norman Buzzard and Shirley Shirk.
He is survived by: his children, Gail A. (Scott Taylor), Penny M. (Nicholas Kurz) and Jeffrey S. Buzzard. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
