He was predeceased by: his father Warren Dise. He is survived by: his wife Elaine; his children, Michael Dise (Lisa Dise) and Tina White (Richard White); his grandchildren, Oliver, Alexandra, Soren and Ronan; and his sisters, Dee Brubaker and Linda Beyer (Eugene Beyer). He is also survived by many nephews and nieces and great nephews and nieces.
