He is survived by: his children, Carolyn Lewis of Talmage, Daniel Lewis (Maureen) of Linden, Richard Lewis (Tina) of Holly, MI, Christine Pullin (Edward) of Orefield, Stephen Lewis (Kristan) of Perkiomenville, David Lewis (Karen) of Westfield, MA, Patricia Aguirre (Peter) of Santa Monica, CA and Michael Lewis of Salem, NJ; his grandchildren, Daniel, Ryanne, Danielle, Rebekah, Christopher, David, Austin, Sophie, Ryan, Andrew and Cole; his great grandchildren, Julianna and Dillon; and his sister Barbara Howell (Robert) of Oxford.
