He was predeceased by: his siblings, James, Harvey W., Elvin, David Ray and Lillian Stoltzfus.
He is survived by: his wife Lucille (Mack); his children, Jeanette Blank (Ivan) of Morgantown, Sherilyn Lapp (Nathan) of Gap, Phillip (Ruby), David (Krista) and Asia; his siblings, Marelle Groteluschen (Jon) of Aiken, SC, Ethel Shank (Jerry), Charity Spevacek (Kirby) of Phoenix, AZ, Roseanna Graber (Robert) of Kirksville, MO and Naaman Stoltzfus (Dorothy); and his sisters-in-law, Mary Lois, Mary Jane and Mary Alice. He is also survived by his 5 sisters and 4 brothers worked hard to help his Mother.
Andy and the family's desire would be for everyone to be present, however due to Covid restrictions the service will be by invitation only.
