He is survived by: his wife Karen Casuccio Cooper; his sons, James Cooper II (Jaclyn) of New Castle, Joey Cooper (Jacqueline) of Wampum, Jonathan Cooper of New Galilee and Jacob Cooper (Christie) of Ellwood City; his grandchildren, Olivia, Claire, Quinn, Clark, Hogan and Maelyn; and his siblings, William Cooper (Jackie) of Wampum, Rusty Cooper (Lisa) of New Galilee and Cindy Byers of Wampum.
