He was predeceased by: his parents, John K. Fowler and Helen Fowler Sr. (Sell); his wife Georgia Faye Fowler (Bateman); his son Larry L. Fowler; his grandson Chad M. Fowler; and his half-sister Judy Bowersox.
He is survived by: his children, John Douglas Fowler (Barbara), Barry L. Fowler (Pat) and Krystal Johnston; his sister Barbara Wilson; and his half-sister Lois McCurdy. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
