She was predeceased by: her parents, William Weber and Annabel Weber (Forney); her husband Paul L. Garman; her grandson Chad Pander; and her siblings, Glenn, Warren, Walter, William, Clifford Weber, Mary Primerano, Dorothy Johnson and Virginia Harris.
She is survived by: her children, Geri Pander (Perry), Paul Garman (Sandra) and Kay Castille (Derron); her grandchildren, Carrie Portugallo (Paul), Erin Sovich (Glen), Stephanie Stuck (Michael), Emily Dunning (Mathew), Kayla Castille and Alex Castille; and her siblings, Marion Brown and George Weber. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
The family suggests that in lieu of flowers contributions can be made in Flora's name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital-501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105 http://www.stjude.org. This charity was near and dear to her heart.
