He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, David Lee Caplinger of Ohioville and Deborah Caplinger (Ackerman); his stepmother Naomi Caplinger; his siblings, Melissa Rizor (David), Pamela Caplinger (Jim Hoffman), Erica Patterson (Pat) and Jermey Caplinger; his girlfriend Eleanor Whittier; his grandparents, Shirley, Ira Caplinger, Barbara Allen (Dale) and Alfred Ackerman; his nephew Zandar Soliz (Faith Adams); his nieces, Rylee Soliz, Mckenzie Rizor and Ava Patterson; his great-nieces, Vayda and Mylah; and his pet Zoey. He was also cherished by several loving aunts, uncles and many cousins.
In lieu of flowers the family has requested a donation be made to the Beaver County Humane Society, 3394 Brodhead Road, Aliquippa, PA. 15001 due to David's love of animals.
