He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Smith Wissinger; his children, Bob Wissinger (Ruth Ann) of Warren, OH and Laura Rupp (Andy) of Mechanicsburg; his stepsons, Rob, Jeff (Darla) and Jamie Freed (Jamilyn); his sister Joy Hepner; his brother-in-law Bill Vanselow; and his pet Jabez. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren; seven great grandchildren.
