She was predeceased by: her parents, Rodney Williams and Violet Pauline Sands (Tawney); her grandson Triston Coger; her foster parents, William "Bump" Rohland and Sarah Alice Rohland (Vail); and her sister Londa Jean Sands.
She is survived by: her children, Robert A. Rohland of Stringtown, Daniel R. Rohland (Candace A.) of Crucible, Shannon Marie "Harbarger" Eperjesi (Darryl) of Waynesburg and Crystal Jacobs of Waynesburg; her grandchildren, Sarah Brown, Tyler Coger and Jeremy Eperjesi; her husband Raymond Riggs; her sister Carol Long (Sands) of Stow, OH; and her half-sister Betsy O'Connor (Sands) of Brook Park, OH.
