Spencer; her sons, Timothy Paul Spencer and Travis Jasper Spencer; and her siblings, Roger Phillips of Hundred, Ronnie Kennedy of Hundred, Donald Kennedy of Cameron, Jeffrey Grant Jr. of Moundsville, Kim Crawford of Pace and Anita of Ohio.
