With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frederick Ray Gump of New Freeport, Pennsylvania, born in Littleton, West Virginia, who passed away on September 14, 2024 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Isaiah Gump and Nona Fordyce Gump; his siblings, Beryle Gump, Meryle Gump, Faye Gump, Jean Gump, James Gump, Lenore Mae Gump, Homer Gump, Walter Gump, George Gump, Virginia Hibbs and Sandra Kay Johnson; his half-sisters, Nellie McLaughlin, Bessie Jobes and Margaret Miller; and his granddaughter Frankie Lee Schmuck.

He is survived by: his children, Nancy Wise of New Freeport, PA and Edward Gump; and his sister Norma June Stevens of Fairmont.
