She was predeceased by: her parents, Traci Earl and Marie Phillips; her husband Eugene Ross Miller; and her brother Sam Phillips. She is survived by: her children, Doug Phillips (Janie) of New Freeport, Joey Miller of Waynesburg, Tammy Gump (Eddie) of Graysville and Robert Miller (Lachrista) of Waynesburg; and her grandchildren, Jonathan, Ashley, Natalie Phillips, Patrick, Patricia, Joey Miller, Derrick, Robert Wise, Brittany, Troy, Austin and Travis Gump. She is also survived by 13 great grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Kesterson-Rush Funeral Home (3275 W Roy Furman Hwy, Sycamore, PA 15359). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Pursley Baptist Cemetery (1594 Oak Forest Rd, Waynesburg, PA 15341).
