He was predeceased by: his spouse Shirley S. Carbaugh (Sinclair); and his parents, Frederick Carbaugh and Virginia Carbaugh (Lemley). He is survived by: his children, Shawn W. Carbaugh (Stacey) of Glen Rock, Dawn A. Carbaugh (Chere) of Douglassville and Wenona N. Troyer (Edward) of Felton. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; six great grandchildren; and a great, great granddaughter.
