It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Milton Gosnell Penn of New Freedom, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 17, 2024, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton Gosnell Penn and Hazel E. Penn; his siblings, Monte Brooke Penn and Nancy May Moss; his nephews, Clinton Oscar Moss, Peery Moss and Lance Penn; and his niece Billie Rose Tabler.
He is survived by: his niece Sallie Moss. He is also survived by 1 nephew and numerous great nieces, great nephews, and cousins.
