She was predeceased by: her husband Richard H. "Dick" Neal; her parents, Frank Wilson and Clara Elizabeth Mohar (Bailey); and her brother Robert Mohar (Norma). She is survived by: her children, Suzanne B. Neal and Jeffrey L. Neal (Sandy); her granddaughter Sarah M. Neal; and her pet Callie. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
