She was predeceased by: her parents, William Sr. Smithson and Edna Smithson (Rosier); her husband Wilson; her son Joseph S. Herbert; her grandson Joseph Herbert, Jr.; and her siblings, William Jr., Ruth, Ruby, Richard and Mary Lou.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Kelly Silk, Patti Cohn (Doug) and Steven Herbert (Lori); and her great grandchildren, Christopher Silk, Shane Silk, Carli Cohn, Abby Herbert and Olivia Herbert. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
