He is survived by: his wife Vicki Wynegar (Thomas); his mother Thelma Wynegar (Almony) of New Freedom; his children, Russell Wynegar (Victoria) of Red Lion and Renee (Kevin Collins) of Ellicott City, MD; his stepchildren, Christy (Barry Finneyfrock), Benjamin Sterner (Terri) and Michael Sterner (Lisa); his grandchildren, Parker, Easton Wynegar, Charliee, Jack, Casey Collins, Justin Finneyfrock, Morgan Sterner, Grant Sterner, Ethan Diehl, Ellie Diehl, Cameron Sterner and Cole Sterner; his brother James Wynegar (Kelli Kashner) of New Freedom; his brothers-in-law, Dave Sterner (Robin) and Martin Thomas; and his nieces and nephews, Jamie Sterner, Jeremy Sterner and Becky Sterner.
