He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Nace and Effie Nace (McCann); and his siblings, Dorothy Caskey, Mildred Myers, Marguerite McWilliams, Ruby Robinson, Hazel Noragong and Harry "Bud" Nace.

He is survived by: his wife Loretta (Measley); and his brother Charles Elmer Nace Jr.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
