He was predeceased by: his parents, William M. Bollinger and Thelma M. Bollinger (Schnetzka); and his siblings, Kenny and Nancy. He is survived by: his wife Gretchen J. Bollinger (Roddy); his children, Randy Bollinger, Stephanie Lynn Bollinger and Daniel R. Bollinger (Melissa Bollinger); his grandchildren, Nathaniel B. Bollinger and Elizabeth Bollinger; and his brother Larry Bollinger (Mary E. Bollinger).
