He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Sica Sr. and Margaret Sica (Spangler). He is survived by: his wife Joanne M. Sica (Curreri); his grandchildren, Sophia Ross, Sadie Ross, Luke Wagner, Faith Wagner, Caroline Wagner, Brynn Wagner, Rebecca Sica and Stephanie Sica; and his brother Thomas Sica of San Diego, CA.. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
