He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry N. Spicer and Pearl B. Spicer (Lentz); his spouse Lillan Spicer (Coppersmith); and his son Norman B. "Sonny" Spicer, Jr.. He is survived by: his brother Bill; his nephew Harry J. "Jim" Spicer; and his daughters, Mary E. "Betsy" Wallmuth and Barbara A. Tenne (David). He is also survived by his 8 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, and 11 great-great grandchildren.
