Sipes Jr. (Ann) of Catonsville, William E. Sipes Sr. (Donna Michele) of Hanover, PA. and Robert M. Sipes (Denise Settar) of Finksburg; his stepgrandchildren, Michael, Emily, Allisun, William, Nicholas and Madison; his half-brother Paul Schmidt of Richmond, VA; and his nephew Robert Schmidt.
