She was predeceased by: her parents, Clark E. Seitz and Margarite R. Seitz (Godfrey); and her husband Harry A. Dostmann. She is survived by: her children, Roxann Cummins (Jeffrey) and Everett Donald Shauck, III; her grandson Terry Grega (Brooke); her great grandchild Makenna Leann Staples; and her brothers, Larry E. Seitz (Shirley Mellinger) and Stephen Seitz (Dianne). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
