He was predeceased by: his brother Stephen R. Kearney. He is survived by: his spouse Beverly Lee Kearney (Clingan); his daughters, Ashley Kearney of New Freedom and Kelly Jones of Parkton, MD; and his granddaughters, Melissa of Parkton, MD and Amanda Jones of Parkton, MD.
