He is survived by: his wife Linda; his children, Shelley, Mike, Chris and Amy; his grandchildren, Wayne, William, Harrison, Jack, Jenna and Olivia; his children-in-law, Allison, Tracy and Clay; his siblings, Joe (Nancy) and Theresa; and his siblings-in-law, Bruce and Jackie. He is also survived by extended family and dear friends.
