She was predeceased by: her husband Jack D. Shiflett; her sons, Charles Boone, Albert Boone and Gary Boone; her daughter-in-law Lynne Boone; and her grandson Mattheau Boone.

She is survived by: her sons, John R. Shiflett (Kimberly) of New Freedom and Kenneth D. Boone (Kathy) of Baltimore; and her grandchildren, Justin Boone, Kenneth Boone Jr., Michael Boone, Brandon Shiflett, Jackie Kraft and Ryan Shiflett.
