He is survived by: his wife Gladys Hendrix (Smith); his children, Wayne A. Hendrix (Penny) of New Freedom, Karen E. Weaver (Michael) of Hellam and Megan D. Hendrix (Stephen Cohen) of Ohio; his grandchildren, Jaidyn and Jenna; and his brother Alfred Hendrix of Ohio.
