He was predeceased by: his parents, William R. Whipperman and Lida A. Whipperman (Demmyer); his wife Mary Whipperman (Thompson); and his siblings, Goldie Richcreak, Virginia Burk, Herman F. "Jim" Whipperman, Marie E. Crouse, Rose E. Bell, Margaret I. Boyer and William R. Whipperman, Jr..
He is survived by: his children, Karen Goodfellow of New Freedom, Kim Kiser of Glen Rock and William Whipperman of Glen Rock; his grandchildren, Dana Goodfellow, Mandy Goodfellow and Thomas Kiser; his great grandchildren, Emily Goodfellow and Alexander Frederick; and his close friend Margaret Stiffler.
